Shrimp paste in cream sauce

Prepare the necessary ingredients for pasta with seafood. Shrimps get freshly frozen, large, with bright shells and a minimum amount of ice on them. Do not purchase “bleached” seafood in an ice shell – this means that they have been repeatedly defrosted and frozen. Thaw them in warm water or at room temperature.

⦁ Pasta – 2-3 balls
⦁ Cream 15% – 150 ml
⦁ Leek – 0.5 pcs.
⦁ Butter – 50 g
⦁ Vegetable oil – 0.5 (for cooking pasta)
⦁ Salt – to taste
⦁ Ground black pepper – to taste
⦁ Parmesan cheese
⦁ Fresh greens

How to cook pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce

  1.  In a small amount of salted water with the addition of 0.5 tsp. vegetable oil boil the paste for 5-7 minutes, but not more so that it does not boil soft. Oil will not allow the paste to stick together.
  2. At the same time, clean the prawns from their shells, rinse them in water. Melt the butter in a frying pan by placing it on the stove. Add peeled shrimps to the butter and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Slice the green part of the leek and add it to the shrimps, stew for 1 minute and cover with cream. Pour salt and ground black pepper, stew shrimp in cream for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add boiled pasta and stir for another minute on minimal heat.
  5.  Put the pasta with shrimps in a creamy sauce on a plate, if desired, sprinkle with chopped parmesan and garnish with fresh herbs.

Grilled Shrimps with Peppers and Garlic

Grilled shrimps with garlic and pepper – a great snack! You can fry both peeled and unpeeled shrimps, but in this case do not forget about napkins.


⦁ Shrimp, peeled, thawed (possibly raw) – 250 g
⦁ Garlic – 3-5 teeth (20-30 g)
⦁ Dried red hot pepper (better flakes) – from 1/3 to 1 tsp. (2-5g)
⦁ Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp. l (50-60g)
⦁ Dry wine (preferably sherry) – 1 tbsp. l (15-20 g)
⦁ Salt – to taste
⦁ Ground black pepper to taste

How to cook Grilled Shrimps with Peppers and Garlic

  1.  Thinly chop the garlic. Fry the garlic with red pepper, stirring for about 1 minute. (The amount of pepper and garlic can be changed to your liking.)
  2.  Add wine and shrimps to the pan, increase the heat and cook, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes (fry shrimps for five minutes).
  3.  Grilled shrimps with pepper and garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  4.  Fried shrimp with garlic and pepper can be served, for example, with a green salad.

⦁ Spaghetti – 450 g
⦁ Shrimps (cleaned) – 300 g
⦁ Bulgarian pepper (finely chopped) – 2 pcs
⦁ Cream fat – ½ cup
⦁ Olive oil – 3 tbs
⦁ Butter – 3 tbs
⦁ Garlic (finely chopped) – 4 teeth
⦁ Tomato paste – 2 tbs
⦁ Dry white wine – ½ cup
⦁ Salt – to taste
⦁ Ground black pepper to taste
⦁ Fresh parsley (minced) – 3 tbs

How to cook spaghetti with shrimps

  1.  In a large stew pan, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. Pour paprika and garlic into a saucepan, fry for a few seconds, until garlic flavour appears. Add tomato paste and wine to a saucepan, cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes.
  2.  Boil spaghetti in salted water until ready, according to the instructions on the package.
  3.  Meanwhile, add shrimps in a saucepan, increase the heat to medium-strong and cook the sauce, stirring for about 2 minutes, until the shrimp pink colour. Then reduce the heat, add cream to the saucepan, cook the sauce, stirring for about 1 minute.
  4.  Spaghetti drain in a colander let the water drain, and then put the product in a saucepan with sauce, mix the spaghetti with shrimp and sauce.
  5. Serve spaghetti with shrimps in portions, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
